All studio events and classes are still cancelled, of course. The health and safety of teachers and students remains our priority.
In the meanwhile:
Lynne and I have been busy recording virtual classes. Please forgive our amateur status and know that our intentions are good spirited even if our recording skills definitely need polishing.
Lynne has recorded four classes:
Movement Class
Movement Class (2) --her 21 year cat, Sparky makes a cameo--new this week

Debbie has recorded 4 classes:
Mixed Level Yoga (and no I don't know why it starts in the middle instead at the beginning but that is easy enough to manually correct.)
Mixed Level Yoga (2) Wednesday style class with core--including "Dead Bugs"
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga (2)
This class includes more of the normal practice, breath work, tennis balls, side-lying practice. It also includes a long guided meditation at the end.

While rambling along Google I found this rather wonderful meditation by Jason Stephenson which I like very much--from his entrancing accent to the opportunity to magically fly away from reality for a while. The meditation is 30 minutes long. The guided portion lasts for approximately 25 minutes and then allows for an optional 5 minutes of silent solo meditation to music.
