Over the past couple of weeks I have been staging a cautious re-opening of the studio. I want to both provide a chance to practice while still remaining safe.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING AND SOCIAL SOLIDARITY
The best way I could determine this for myself and others is to make set classes with predetermined participants. Semi-isolation pods if you will. One class per day with a cohort of 4 participants. We ask that you do not request to claim any of the remaining spaces in these classes if you do not mean to regularly attend the class.
I have brought the Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday Regular Yoga classes back in to the studio. Lynne has brought her Friday Strong, Lean, and Limber back as an in-studio option. Space is extremely limited but a few spaces in these classes remain.
This week I am looking to fill a Thursday evening Prenatal Yoga Class. If you are interested please contact the studio by replying to this newsletter. Or send a separate email to theyogawhole@gmail.com or call the studio a (412) 892-8720 and I will return your call.
This week has us moving into the 13th week of online classes.
