Hi ,
I hope to continue to find ways that allow our yoga community thrive separately together. I continue to be grateful to have such a supportive community.
Last week saw some new developments on my own personal front.
1) My son who has made The Yoga Whole his temporary home since the second half of March has begun his transition back to his own family and home. Weirdly enough I feel blessed by COVID to have had this time spent in his company.
2) Moving forward I have taken under my wing a new member of The Yoga Whole. I would like to formally introduce you to Al--a five year old red haired beauty who has taken up residence. It has already been determined that he enjoys couch time but his skills as a yoga assistant are still in question. My thanks to Phyllis R. for hooking us up. I feel it is going to be a beautiful relationship.
Speaking of which--there are several new developments on the studio front as well.
1) The Yoga Whole is launching an experiment into a live format. This week's offerings will include a live Yoga Class hosted by Lynne.
This will be a ZOOM class so you must create a free Zoom account to be able to join the meeting (class). If you are new to Zoom please allow yourself extra time to get acclimated to the site.
We are offering this first attempt as a free class. You will need to request Lynne's Mixed Level Yoga class and then I will send you the meeting ID and Password.
Moving forward (supposing success) we will make this a weekly option that can be purchased as needed or by using a punch on your existing pass.
HOPE TO 'SEE' YOU ON OUR SCREEN!

2) And I am very excited to announce that this week we have a guest teacher! Long a Yoga Whole regular teacher until she moved south several years back.
Beth May has provided a MIXED LEVEL YOGA CLASS for this week. I am very happy to see her virtual face! I have missed her teachings.

We are moving into WEEK FIVE of video classes. New styles, new practices, and NEW teachers.
Debbie teaches:
A) a gentle chair yoga class (30m) that gives a good stretch from head to toe.

Lynne teaches:
A) A LIVE MIXED LEVEL YOGA Zoom class (60m) WEDNESDAY 13TH 7:30-8:30PM. This one is on the house. Request to receive the Meeting ID/Password

2. Methods to Purchase
If you have an existing class pass, you may either respond to this newsletter or CLICK HERE to let Debbie know which class(es) you want to apply a class pass(es) to.
Each video requested counts as a separate class. A contact form is provided in the left hand column of The Yoga Whole Homepage. CLICK HERE to purchase/request video links.
If you don’t currently have a pass, or want to do a Drop-In… simply CLICK HERE and purchase a pass and request videos.
You must have purchased to receive your link. Debbie will keep track.
3. Each week Lynne will offer Improvement Through Movement (Dance); Strong, Lean & Limber and Yoga classes. Debbie will offer weekly Mixed Level Yoga and Prenatal Yoga classes
4. New classes will be posted each week and will be available for a whole week. As new ones are made, the old ones will be removed from the site. That means you can use them endlessly for the one-week window.
5. This process will be in place beginning April 11th and beyond, if shutdowns continue into June.
6. We understand that this time is difficult and you may not possess the means for such discretionary funding so please CLICK HERE to view FREE video links for a variety of classes. One way or the other we will get through this--together.
